We also only sell spare parts through our partners. Please use the contact form or send us an e-mail to service@glw.de with the serial number of your machine. We will then be happy to put you in touch.

Delivery times may vary. Our sales partners often have the machines in stock and can ship them at short notice.

Repairs are handled by our sales partners. It is best to contact them directly. If you do not know from which dealer you purchased the machine, simply send us an e-mail to service@glw.de with the serial number of your machine. We will be happy to help you.

As a rule, a machine is with us for about a week before we can send it back to you.

You should send your machine to us for servicing approximately every three years. When a service is due, please contact your dealer or send us an email to service@glw.de with the serial number of your machine.

We do not currently offer loan or replacement devices.

Our ferrules are DIN standardized and U

In order to comply with the UL standard, it is necessary to use both a UL-certified ferrule and a suitable UL-tested tool. You can see whether your ferrule is UL-certified either on our website or on the print on the packaging. You will also find information about the tested tools on the packaging.

Under “Accessories” you will find all the dies that we produce as standard. If you cannot find the right die here, please contact your GLW dealer. Perhaps a special design is suitable for you.

All GLW products are produced exclusively in Kisslegg in Allgäu (Germany). Thanks to our own toolmaking and injection molding facilities, we are able to offer high-quality products with a high degree of vertical integration.
